1. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel expenses vary depending on the location of your session. For local shoots, travel is typically included. For sessions outside my usual area, any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Every project is unique, so I’ll always be transparent about any travel fees during the planning process, no surprises, just clear communication.

2. we want to include our dog into the photos, is that okay?

Absolutely!! I have two dogs myself, so I totally understand how special they are. I’d love to include your fur babies in the session! Whether they're full of energy or just want cuddles, we’ll make sure they’re part of the story in a way that feels natural and fun.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life and weather can be unpredictable, and that’s okay! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know in writing at least 2 days before your session. I’ll always do my best to accommodate a new date, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

In cases of bad weather or emergencies, we’ll work together to find the best solution, whether that means rescheduling or adjusting the plan.

Please note that retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time on my calendar.

If I’m ever unable to photograph your session (due to illness or emergency), I’ll offer a trusted replacement with your approval or provide a full refund.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions include high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery. You’ll receive a sneak peek within 1 week of your session, and your full gallery will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
